There are two kinds of aluminum veneers in terms of specification: the aluminum veneer with a thickness of less than 1.2mm is called aluminum gusset plate (also called aluminum square plate), and the aluminum veneer with a thickness of more than 1.5mm is called aluminum veneer. There are three kinds of surface treatment: polyester powder spray, polyester paint spray and fluorocarbon paint spray.
1) the aluminum veneer curtain wall panel has good steel property, light weight and high strength. Aluminum veneer curtain wall has good corrosion resistance, and fluorocarbon paint can be used for 25 years.
2) aluminum veneer curtain wall panel has good technology. The aluminum plate can be processed into plane, arc, sphere and other complex geometric shapes by the process of processing first and then painting.
3) the aluminum veneer curtain wall panel is not easy to stain and easy to clean and maintain. The non adhesion of fluorine coating film makes it difficult to attach pollutants on the surface, and it has a good cleaning property.
4) the installation of aluminum veneer curtain wall panel is convenient and fast. The aluminum plate is formed in the factory, and the construction site only needs ****** fixation without cutting.
5) aluminum veneer curtain wall can be recycled, which is beneficial to environmental protection. Aluminum plate can be 100% recycled with higher recycling value.
High quality and high-strength aluminum alloy plate is used for aluminum single panel curtain wall, with common thickness of 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0mm, model of 3003 and status of H24. Its structure is mainly composed of panel, stiffener and corner code. Corner code can be directly bent and stamped by the panel, or it can be riveted on the small side of the panel. The reinforcing rib is connected with the electric welding screw (the screw is directly welded on the back of the plate surface) behind the plate surface, which makes it a solid whole, greatly enhances the strength and rigidity of the aluminum single plate curtain wall, and ensures the flatness, wind resistance and seismic resistance in long-term use. If sound insulation is required, efficient sound insulation materials can be installed inside the aluminum plate.

Toothless saw blade cutting machine, electric hand drill, impact electric drill, nail shooting gun, various specifications of drilling flower, wrench, screwdriver, hammer, ink line, plumb line, nylon line, steel tape, electric welding machine, oxygen cutting equipment, driven suction cup, electric hanging blue, glue injection gun, pneumatic riveting gun, safety belt, etc.
II. Preparation before material mobilization:
This part of the work is the initial stage of the project, and shall be completed on schedule, with quality and quantity guaranteed, based on the principle of construction service, as follows:
(I) after signing the contract, the designer shall propose the material schedule of the project in the shortest time according to the architectural drawing and curtain wall project plan of the project.
(II) the project management department and the production department shall cooperate with each other, make the processing plan of the project according to the construction schedule and the actual situation of the project site, reasonably organize and arrange the production, and ensure the timely arrival of products.

IV. precautions for installation of aluminum veneer of building curtain wall
1. The variety, quality, color, pattern and line of aluminum veneer shall meet the design requirements, and shall have the product certificate.
2. If the curtain wall skeleton adopts profile steel keel, its specification and shape shall meet the design requirements, and shall be derusted and antirust treated.
3. For the installation of aluminum plate, when there is no requirement in the design, pop rivets should be used, and rubber rings must be padded in the middle. The spacing of pop rivets shall be controlled within 100-150 mm.
(I) setting out: fix the skeleton and snap the position of the skeleton to the base layer. The skeleton is fixed on the main structure. Check the quality of the main structure before setting out.
(II) connector for fixing the framework: the connector is welded on the column of the main structure to fix the framework.
(3) fixed framework: the framework shall be pre treated with anti-corrosion. The installation position of the framework is accurate and the combination is firm. Check the center line and surface elevation after installation. In order to ensure the installation accuracy of the plate, it is advisable to use theodolite to connect the beam and mullion members. The deformation joint, settlement joint and variable section shall be properly treated to meet the use requirements.
(IV) installation of aluminum plate: the installation and fixation of aluminum plate shall be firm, reliable, ****** and easy.
1. The gap between plates shall be treated internally to make it flat and smooth.
2. After the installation of aluminum plate, cover the parts easy to be polluted with plastic film or other materials for protection.
