2.操作方便：採用PLC觸摸屏控制,人機界面操作系統，操作直觀方便；

3.調節方便：機夾同步調節，生產不同產品時設備的參數可儲存， 換品種時從資料庫調取即可完成；

4.自動化程度高：所有動作都採用端面凸輪完成，相比溝槽凸輪加工工藝簡單成本低，高速運時速度可達60pcs/min；

5.完善的預防系統，可智慧檢測是否開袋及開袋是否完整，在不合適加料的情況下不加料不熱封，不浪費袋子及物料，空袋可迴圈至工位從新裝填，避免的袋子污染造成的浪費，節約成本；

6.設備符合食品加工機械的衛生標準，設備與物料接觸部分採用304不鏽鋼或其他符合食品衛生要求的材料加工，保證食品的衛生和安全，符合GMP標準；

7.採用無油真空泵，避免污染生產環境；

9.使用預製包裝袋，封口質量高，提升成品檔次。
