2. 適用範圍:

 

適用於食品、醫藥、化工產品中液體物料的全自動包裝，如：農藥劑、洗髮水、沐浴液體、面霜、調味油、果醬、番茄醬、蜂蜜等液體/膏體物料。

無極調速：包裝速度在一定範圍內可以無級調整，達到與制袋、充填、封合、切斷環節 匹配，使包裝過程穩定可靠。

袋長可在額定範圍內任意設定，步進電機驅動，拉袋穩定可靠，速度可選定。

在包裝膜有色標定位標誌時，制袋過程可實現光電自動檢測、定位、封合、切斷，保證了制袋圖案完整。

具有自診斷、故障提示功能。

溫度控制用高精度的PID調節，具有極好的熱封合穩定性，保證了對不同材料的封合質量。

操作維修方便：間歇式結構簡單，易於操作和維修。

通用性強：通過 換不同的充填頭便可達到一機多用的目的。

自動列印產品批號，可加易撕口，便於使用。
