一、適用範圍：

適用於食品、醫藥、化工、農藥產品中的120-400目的的粉末物料的全自動包裝；如：食品添加劑、奶粉、豆粉、蛋 、中藥粉、面膜粉、 粉等。

Scope of application:

This machine is widely applied for food , pharmacy eutical , and chemical products in mesh size range from 120 to 400 , such as milk powder , soya powder , cosmetic powder , slimming tea , medical powder and so on .

 
 

二、本機特點：

1、自動包裝機可以在包裝過程中自動完成計量、制袋、充填、封口、切斷、計數、批號等全部工作；

2、控制系統則自動化匹配各動作配合，改系統具有精準確度高，調整制袋長度簡便，且準確無誤；

3、具有色標控制系統，可獲得完整的商標圖案；

4、無級調整速度與袋長，包裝速度與制袋長度可在額定範圍內無級調整，不需要 換零件；

5、設計採用獨特的嵌入式封口，加強型熱封機構，智慧型溫控儀溫度控制，具有良好的熱平衡適應各種的包裝材料，性能好、噪音低、封口紋路清晰、密封性強；

6、設備計量下料方式爲螺桿計量下料；

7、設備封口形式爲背封鋸齒狀封口；

8、設備主體部分和與物料接觸部分材料爲不鏽鋼;

9、設備自帶一套螺桿、成型器。

四、全自動特點：

 

無極調速：包裝速度在一定範圍內可以無級調整，達到與制袋、充填、封合、切斷環節 匹配，使包裝過程穩定可靠。

袋長可在額定範圍內任意設定，步進電機驅動，拉袋穩定可靠，速度可選定。

在包裝膜有色標定位標誌時，制袋過程可實現光電自動檢測、定位、封合、切斷，保證了制袋圖案完整。

缺紙自動停機，確保不發生無紙運行情況。

具有自診斷、故障提示功能。

溫度控制用高精度的PID調節，具有極好的熱封合穩定性，保證了對不同材料的封合質量。

操作維修方便：間歇式結構簡單，易於操作和維修。

通用性強：通過 換不同的充填頭便可達到一機多用的目的。

自動列印產品批號，可加易撕口，便於使用。

全套採用優質器件，質量穩定，噪音小，故障率低，使用壽命長。

u     Speed Limitless: Packing speed shall be limitless arranged in some extend , which can best match the steps of making bag/fulfilling/sealing and cutting .

u     The bag length can be set free at some specific range , using the “Bujin” Motor , making bags stable and the speed can be controlled .

u     The process of bag-made can reach self-automatic inspecting/locating/sealing and cutting when there are the signs of color locating in packing films .

u     Equipment itself has the function of self-diagnosing and error-pointing .

u     Controlling temperature by high exactly PID , which insure the sealing quality of different packing film material and will be in more stable of hot sealing .

u     Easy to operate and repair , because of its intermittent simple structure .

u     Automatic print production lot No. , and adding the easy-tear type availably .

u     Using the superior steel parts , quality to  be stable , noise to be bitter , error rate to be low and service life to be long .
