對應高熔點之焊接，適用於焊接電源線，多層電路板，散熱器， 外殼等需要大熱容量之作業，或焊接微型組件密集之多層電路板。

設有高功率模式，需要進行大熱容量之作業時，可將焊臺調至高功率模式來強化焊接效率。

預設溫度模式，可以在預設溫度模式輸入三個經常使用的焊接溫度，只需按一下按鈕，即可取用預設溫度

焊臺 高設定溫度爲500C，可以解決過往因爲熱量不足而引發的焊接問題

當溫度低於 低 報範圍時，焊臺會響起 報信號。

設有自動休眠及自動關機功能，能有效減少焊咀氧化。

T20烙鐵頭簡介

T20烙鐵頭,是日本白光公司推出的FX-838拆消靜電電焊臺標配的烙鐵頭型號名稱。

T20烙鐵頭屬複合型焊咀,是發熱芯、溫度感測器、烙鐵頭三個部件的複合體,又稱T20焊咀。

T20烙鐵頭的特點是：感測器充分前置,對溫度變化敏感度高。

B型（圓錐型/尖咀）

特    點： B型烙鐵頭無方向性，整個烙鐵頭前端均可進行焊接。

K型 （刀頭）

特    點：使用刀形部份焊接，豎立式或拉焊式焊接均可，屬於多用途烙鐵頭。

應用範圍： 適用於SOJ, PLCC, SOP, QFP，電源,接地部份元件，修正錫橋，連接器等焊接。

 

I型（尖咀）

特    點：烙鐵頭幼細。

應用範圍： 適合精細之焊接，或焊接空間狹小之情況，也可以修正焊接晶片時產生之錫橋。

 

D型（平頭/一字批咀型）

扁型包括D16,D24,,D4,D6等

特    點：用批咀部份進行焊接。

應用範圍：適合需要多錫量之焊接，例如焊接面積大、粗端子、焊墊大的焊接環境。

 

BC型（馬蹄型/斜切圓柱型）

馬蹄型包括BC2、BC3、 C C6等

特    點： 用烙鐵頭前端斜面部份進行焊接，適合需要多錫量之焊接。

應用範圍： Ｃ型烙鐵頭應用範圍與D型烙鐵頭相似，例如焊接面積大，粗端子，焊墊大的情況適用。

BC2,BC3型烙鐵頭，適合焊接電阻，二極體之類的元件，齒距較大之SOP 及QFP 也可以使用。
