一、產品介紹

本產品是選用優質丙烯酸彈性乳液作爲進，選擇合適的 功能性顏料 應用於獨特工藝而成，是一種彈性無縫隙的塗料體系，能牢固的附着金屬混泥土等基材表面起到優異的防護維護功能，同時具有優異的反射隔熱功能，能大大的降低屋頂塗膜的熱隔輻吸收係數，增加當量的熱阻，降低室內溫度，起到節約能源，降低能耗的作用。本產品它具有優良的反照率，能反射掉30-65%的太陽光，高達75%的發射率，能迅速散失掉基材聚集的熱量，防水隔熱防腐三合一爲一體的產品。

二、產品優點

1.對屋頂各種基材有零號的附着力， 優異的抵抗紫外線，延長屋面的壽命。

2.優異的耐水和耐積水的性能，具備防水性能沒玩好的解決屋面滲漏的問題。

3.優異的延伸率，在不同的溫度下，（特別是低溫）都具有良好的延伸性。

4.高熱量反隔熱（白色或膚色）節約降耗。

三、使用範圍

可在金屬屋面及乾燥的磚石、砂漿、混凝土、各種防水層上直接施工，對於新舊建築物及構築物（例：屋面、外牆、水池、水庫等）均可使用。特別適合用於金屬屋面的維護保護。

四、幹固時間

　　環境溫度爲20℃的露天條件下，塗層幹固時間約6小時左右，現場環境溫度低、溼度大、通風差，幹固時間長些，反之短些。在特別潮溼又不通風的環境中，幹固時間會 長，甚至不幹 不乾。本品乾燥後爲白色。

五、施工工藝

  1.清理屋面基面，徹底清除屋面垃圾和雜物等其他 塗層粘結的鬆動顆粒等，

  2.用清洗液洗調金屬表面。清洗時注意檢查屋頂是否有積水，疏通天溝落水等部位。

注意：滾子（用於塗覆較稀的料和大面積平面施工）

刷子（用於塗覆較稠的料和小面種局部施工）

六、應用效果

1、建築隔熱應用：建築層面、建築鋼結構屋頂等，塗刷1-2mm厚的反輻射隔熱保溫塗料可以是建築物外表溫度降低20°C-30°C，內部溫度降低8°C-10°C，同時對基層提高保護，一定程度上防止金屬腐蝕，延長使用壽命。

2、室外儲藏室（罐）、油罐、石油管道應用：塗刷0.6-1mm厚得反輻射隔熱保溫塗料可以使建築物表面溫度降低20°C-30°C，對表面提高保護，防水、防潮及一定程度上防止金屬腐蝕，延長使用壽命。

3、塗刷在建築物內牆，可以防止冷凝水得產生，防止牆體發黴、長毛等現象，並具有保溫、防水功能。
