鏈板輸送帶非常堅固，由不鏽鋼鏈條驅動，採用不鏽鋼板材生產，適合用於輸送細小的高密度物件，輸送過程中運轉平穩，安裝 換方便，使用壽命較長。用於中等和大負荷輸送。鋼板彎曲形成合葉，使用支軸將合葉和鏈條串在一起。兩端的鏈條可以使用開口銷或者墊圈來固定，使用開口銷方便拆卸，維護方便。
