機具有自動化程度高，操作簡單， 人性化的特點。

三、產品特性 Product Features
整機由料架部分，上鼻線部分，超聲波封邊 噴字母與L0G0兩臺，自動貼海綿，一次裁邊，折邊
，超聲波封邊2，，人焊接真帶部分，二次裁邊，成品下料，NG品檢出，自動包裝，成品流出，
採用伺服電機，超聲波焊接技術完成生產。

The whole machine consists of the material rack part, the upper nose line
part,ultrasonic edge banding 1, spraylet terand L0GO two sets, automatic sponge
sticking,primary trimming, edge folding, ultrasonic edge banding2, welding ear
strap section,secondary trimming, finished product blanking, NG product detection,
automatic packaging, finished product outflow, servo motor, ultrasonic welding
technology to complete product ion.

1.科架部分∶自動送料，剎車配合控制器，保證材料張力。
2.鼻樑條部分∶採用調速電機控制自動輸送鼻樑條配合齒模超聲波焊接
3.外形熔接部分∶定製齒模配合超聲波，完成紋路焊接。
4.摺疊成型∶摺疊布料
5.外形切刀部分∶定製切刀，滾切成型。
6.翻轉部分∶可根據口罩焊接方式實現翻轉。
7.頭帶釘制∶採用全伺服控制效率高每分鐘可高達40PCS（±10%）。
