SPHMV高壓固態軟起 晶閘管軟啓動櫃基本介紹

晶閘管軟啓動櫃實際就是高壓固態軟起動櫃，晶閘管（可控矽）是高壓固態軟啓動櫃的核心部件。晶閘管（可控矽）是無觸點的電子器件，不同於其他類型的產品需經常維護液體和部件等，把機械壽命變爲電子元件使用壽命，連續運行數年也無需停機維護。每相中採用相同參數的可控矽串並聯安裝在一起。根據所使用電網的峯值電壓要求，選擇可控矽串聯的數量不同，6KV系統用18只可控矽，10KV系統用30只可控矽，並且每組SCR組件都裝有單獨過電壓保護單元及均壓單元。

安全性：光纖傳輸，實現高壓晶閘管的觸發檢測與低壓控制迴路之間的隔離。

智慧性： 32位ARM 核微控制器執行中心控制、LCD 液晶\觸摸屏顯示，可顯示三相電壓、電流，故障資訊、運行狀態等 ；具有 RS-485 通                訊介面，可與上位機或集中控制中心進行通信。

穩定性：多重保護功能，並具有軟啓動和軟停車功能，全面保障系統的 啓停，啓動電流小，實現電機平穩啓動。

應用環境：環境適應性強，可以頻繁啓動，可以一控一，也可以一拖多臺電機起動，滿足不同電壓等級下電機啓動要求。

SPHMV高壓軟起 晶閘管軟啓動櫃是用來啓動3-15KV中高壓交流非同步或同步電機的軟起動設備，它是通過再電機定子繞組與電源之間接入三相反並聯晶閘管組件及控制設備，當電機啓動是按一定規律控制晶閘管的導通角，並連續改變電機定子繞組的輸入電壓直至全壓，啓動完畢後旁路接觸器吸合。
