TRGK 系列高壓鼠籠電機電抗軟起動器是用於額定電壓3～10KV的大中型鼠籠式電機或同步電機的軟起動設備，其工作原理是在電機定子迴路串入阻抗可平滑改變的電抗器，調整控制繞組中直流電流的大小，阻抗在預定的時間內由大到小自動無級減小，電機端電壓逐漸上升至全壓，實現電機起動。，起動電流維持在額定電流的3.5-5倍以下，起動結束後，電抗器自動切除，起動過程對電網無大的衝擊。

         TRGK series high voltage squirrel-cage motor soft starter is used to start and protect motor (3000V~10000V), adjust the current in the control winding, impedance is reduced from large to small automatically during the scheduled time, the motor terminal voltage gradually increases to full pressure,3.5 to 5 times the rated current, after starting, reactor cut off automatically, the starting process has no big impact on the grid.

1. 線圈經環氧樹脂澆注而成，具有阻燃、自熄、免維護、機械強度高、抗短路衝擊能力強、絕緣強度好、局部放電量小、使用壽命長等優點；The coil is cast by epoxy resin， equipped with the function of antiflaming、self-extinguishing、mechanical strength、strong resistance to short circuit shock、good insulation strength、small local discharge、long service life etc.

    2、鐵芯製造採用了乾式電抗器的製造技術、振動小、噪音低、漏磁小，Iron core manufacturing adopts the technology of dry reactor、slight vibration、 low noise、slight magnetic-leakage loss.

       3、對環境適用海拔不超過1500M；環境溫度：-25～45℃；相對溼度不超過90%；Apply to the environment no more than 1500M；ambient temperature: 25 ~ 45 ℃;relative humidity no more than 90%

電抗起動器的安裝：Installation for reactance soft starter

1、戶內使用的電抗起動器必須安裝在防滴和防日照的室內。電抗起動器室的製造必須符合國家使用電規程及建築規範的規定。電抗起動器室的保護等級應符合 IP23 防護等級的要求；23 protection level.

2、電抗起動器的基礎必須能承受電抗器的合部重量，應符合國家建築規範要求；The base of the reactance soft starter must be able to withstand the combined weight of the reactor,it should comply with the national building code requirements.

3、電抗起動器的安裝設計必須符合人身安全要求，應確保電抗起動器在運行時不可能被人所觸及。帶電體之間及帶電體對地之間的 距離應符合國家供用電規程的要求，此外還應保證電纜和高壓線之間，溫控線、風機線、和高壓線圈之間的 距離；The installation design of the reactance soft starter must meet the personal safety requirements,,besides, the minimum safe distance between the cable and high voltage line,temperature control line, fan line, high voltage coil should be guaranteed.
