油墨特性：

印刷：
選用網目爲100-350目，以120T網紗計算塗覆蓋面積每公斤達30~35㎡。
表干時間自然揮發5-15分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內，48小時後達 性能。

2．用718洗網水洗網。
3．或添加配套硬化劑10%可增加附着力,提高墨膜硬度。
4．烤箱80℃烘烤10分鍾佳能 優。
測試方法（完全乾燥後）：

使用方法：
1．建議用我公司專用稀釋劑進行稀釋，不建議使用783慢幹稀釋劑稀釋，使用前應充分攪拌，用後隨時密封。
2．攪拌時加本公司配套開油水10-12%，稀釋到印刷適合粘度，移印稀釋使用移印專用稀釋劑；用718洗網水清洗。
3．不得與其他類型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現其他附着力，化學反應等不良現象。
4. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時限爲8小時，過期請棄用，剩餘油墨不可回收
注意事項：
1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求後，再批量生產。
2．在移印過程中，如出現拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢幹膏即可;
3．環境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質量。白色超越150都會變色，烘烤時請用木質材料墊底進行烘烤，不得直接接觸鐵
4．根據氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗處15度-30度環境下存放
