1． 產品用途/Purpose：

 

可廣泛適用於電器、燈飾、五金裝飾產品的附屬安裝螺絲、螺母、小塑料膠件的混合包裝。替代了預製袋成型方式，大大提高了工作效率，爲各螺絲應用企業廣泛採用。

特殊形狀零件也可按客戶要求定製。本機採用微電腦控制，包裝過程自動實現。

 

It is widely applicable to the mixed packing of the accessorial mounting screws , nuts and small plastic parts for the electrical appliance , the decorative lamps and the decorative hardware. It replaces the shape forming manner of the pre-made bags , greatly increasing the work efficiency , so as to be widely adopted by many screw application enterprises . 

The parts with special shapes can also be customized according to clients’ requirements . This machine is controlled by microcomputer , and the packing process can be realized automatically .

1、 針對螺絲樣品量身定做的振動盤、直線振動排列裝置，和精密的技術控制裝置，確保每袋準確無誤。

   

2、 下料方式爲振動盤下料數數，確保高精度標準。

3、 包裝含有圖標的包裝材料時，機器先進的步進控制、色標跟蹤配合使用，可獲得 的圖標圖案。

4、 單片機控制系統，故障自停機、自報 、自診斷、使用安全、簡便。

5、 自動顯示包裝數量，可方便的統計出機器的工作量。

6、 本機採用全自動完成計量、計數、制袋、填充、封合、日期列印等操作。該機爲組合式，分爲震動盤、光柵計數、下料部分和制袋包裝部分；

7、 該機標準配置爲單盤螺絲包裝機；可選擇增加多個，以提高包裝產品的多樣化。

 

1.  The vibrating disk , the linear vibrating collocating unit and the accurate counting control unit which are specially made for the screw sample can ensure the accuracy of each bag . 
2. When packing the packing materials with logo , the advanced stepping control and color code of the machine can be used together , to acquire the perfect pattern of the logo . 
3. It is a single chip controlling system , with automatic halt , automatic alarm and diagnose when error occurs , and it is safe and convenient for use . 
   1. It can automatically display the packing amount and conveniently count the workload of the machine .

This machine adopts full-automatic operation to fulfill measuring , counting , bag making , filling , sealing and date printing , etc. This machine is a combined type and includes vibrating disk , raster count , discharging part and bag making and packing part , the standard configuration for this machine is two vibrating disks , it is optional to add more ao as to fulfill the variety of the packing products.

無極調速：包裝速度在一定範圍內可以無級調整，達到與制袋、充填、封合、切斷環節 匹配，使包裝過程穩定可靠。

袋長可在額定範圍內任意設定，步進電機驅動，拉袋穩定可靠，速度可選定。

在包裝膜有色標定位標誌時，制袋過程可實現光電自動檢測、定位、封合、切斷，保證了制袋圖案完整。

缺紙自動停機，確保不發生無紙運行情況。

具有自診斷、故障提示功能。

溫度控制用高精度的PID調節，具有極好的熱封合穩定性，保證了對不同材料的封合質量。

操作維修方便：間歇式結構簡單，易於操作和維修。

通用性強：通過 換不同的充填頭便可達到一機多用的目的。

自動列印產品批號，可加易撕口，便於使用。

u The bag length can be set free at some specific range , using the “Bujin” Motor , making bags stable and the speed can be controlled . 

u The process of bag-made can reach self-automatic inspecting/location/sealing and cutting when there are the signs of color locating in packing films .
