半自動顆粒灌裝機適用於食品、醫藥、化工產品中的鬆散、無粘性、細小顆粒狀物料的半自動灌裝，如：湯料、咖啡、沖劑、乾燥劑、味精、白糖、 、麥片等物料的瓶或袋灌裝。

 

This machine is widely used to pack any loose , non-cohesive granule products of the food , pharmaceutical , and chemical industries , such as soup mix , coffee , instant drink mix , desiccant , Monosodium glutamate , sugar , salt , cereal etc.

l       半自動灌裝設備，整機全不鏽鋼，完全滿足GMP/食品衛生等論證要求；

l       定位精度高、扭距大、壽命長，轉速可設定；

l       採用臺產免保養減速電機：噪音低、壽命長、終身免保養；

l       設計成瓶隨時可無極可調，工作狀態隨時任意變換，操作便捷；

l       各種產品調整參數配方可存儲，備後適用， 儲存10個配方；

l       設備整機全不鏽鋼，採用步進電機，下料方式爲量杯計量。；
